Awarded Third Prize, the project reinforces spatial and functional relations within the block and its urban context. The design consolidates the existing structure while introducing public connections and sequenced collective spaces. At its core, the new hotel, with its gently curved volume and subtle lateral setbacks, mediates between historical fabric and contemporary insertions, establishing an articulated urban gesture that is simultaneously simple and clear. By juxtaposing traces of the past with contemporary interventions, the proposal cultivates typological flexibility, reinforces urban legibility, and renews the area’s identity.
